Stack Revenue Streams On The Same Audience

One audience, multiple offers. Diversification protects you from any single channel collapsing.

Why it works

Single-source businesses are fragile — algorithm, platform, client. Multiple streams stabilize cash flow and compound LTV.

When to use it

Once your primary stream is hitting goals consistently for 6+ months.

When NOT to use it

Don't diversify too early — you'll dilute focus before you've nailed one thing.

How to use it

  1. Identify your primary (anchor) stream — usually highest-ticket.
  2. Add 1-2 complements serving the SAME audience (course + service, product + sponsorship).
  3. Layer in passive: affiliate, ads, licensing.
  4. Cap at 3-4 streams max — beyond that, focus suffers.

Examples

Ali Abdaal

YouTube ads + sponsorships + course + book + Skillshare + Patreon — 6+ streams, one audience.

MrBeast

AdSense + Feastables (chocolate) + MrBeast Burger + merch + brand deals.
