How to use it

  1. Read all 15 paths: Specialist (SEO, Content, Email, Social, Analytics, Growth) → Manager → Director → CMO → Freelancer → Consultant → Agency Owner → Entrepreneur.
  2. Rank each path 1-10 on: income potential, freedom, your skill fit, market demand.
  3. Pick a Primary track and a Backup track — never just one.
  4. Set a 12-month target role and reverse-engineer required skills + portfolio pieces.
